Why do they bother you so much?
Filthy South Americans innit. Like a throwback to the 1980s. A weird fixation, sub.
Yep. Very small-minded attitude. The sort of people who believe everything they read in The Sun etc

Ditto. They’ve been absolutely fucking shite and the Messi love in, which has already been wildly exaggerated, will be off the richter.

Big up the Croatian game spoiling Reds.

Andy Jacobs made me laugh on their podcast when he said he wanted to see Messi with a dog in the next game because he likes walking for 90 mins.

Messi has been walking during matches for years now. I’m surprised teams don’t man-mark him. It’d be a nice afternoon stroll for whoever is given that task.

JudgeTedd wrote: Sat Dec 10, 2022 9:52 pm The standard has massively dropped imho. It was never great to begin with mind you. But this France team could quite easily go on and win the cup, despite having several key players out injured.

What does that say about the rest of the teams like Germany, Spain, Brazil et al?
Problem is frequency of games

Tournaments every 2 years, interspersed with fucking irrelevant friendlies

Most international squads spend fuck all time together as a group.. very little chance to gel
