Biltong
Is biltong worth trying? I love roast beef and steak . Wondering what it’s like. Never tried beef jerky either. I imagine it’s similar

Some are much dryer than others, and most decent places that sell it will offer lean or fatty (fatty biltong is best)

It makes sense if you're out in the bush with little resources.
