My gripe isn't about Scoldilocks, in and of herself, but the way that none of her assertions are subjected to any sort of analysis.
We're all supposed to accept that what she says is true just because it's her that's saying it. "Ah, the wisdom of the young", we're all supposed to think.

Students of history will remember the Red Guard, the Young Pioneers and the Hitler Youth.
I'm not suggesting for one moment that Greta is any of those things, just reminding us all that young people, enabled by old politicians, will do anything to anyone, if someone in authority allows them to.

Young people aren't, by definition, all lovely and nice, and their opinions should be subjected to the same critical analysis as those by the old.

As for putting up a statue ... it's like something "Spoilt Bastard", off of Viz Comic,would have wanted his mum to do, and then complained that it wasn't big enough.
