Derry has only one plan. To be negative, dull and strangle the life out of the gameAlex_1971 wrote:Think they won in mid-week, as did FGR, as did those vile inbreds from burslum. Bunching up a bit at the bottom. Cambridge started our run of bad results back in September, a carbon copy of the defeat you dished out to us at home last season, we huffed and puffed, but Derry had a game plan which was executed to the letter by the United players.

I remember that win, 5-1 to Alex, it's on you tube somewhere, the Baggies club commentator was amazed at how good we were seeing as we went into that match in the bottom three, a certain talksport pundit in midfield pulling the strings for the Alex that day, I loved our championship era. New Years Day 2005 we won 2-0 away at Leeds and moved into the play offs, we sold Dean Ashton the week after and then slid away never to come back.
