The nicest man 'in football'
Sir Les seems nice. Any other 'nice' men in the rancid cesspit that is football?

Got his autobiography from a charity shop but only read two chapters so doesn't seem a cunt so far. Though not a big fan of his.

A couple of ex Wigan players who came up against him in the 80s told me he was a nasty piece of work on the pitch.

Jim Melrose would disagree.
However, Kamara became the first English player to be convicted of grievous bodily harm for an on-pitch incident, after breaking Shrewsbury Town player Jim Melrose's cheekbone with a punch straight after the final whistle of a game in the 1987–88 season; he was fined £1,200.
On 19 August 1989 he was involved in a challenge where West Ham United's Frank McAvennie was stretchered off and required surgery on his ankle; McAvennie attempted to sue Kamara for damages but was unsuccessful
