He is a bit overhyped. I think he's pretty decent albeit not top class. West Ham the perfect club for him.

I've had this opinion for a while, especially last season when he was put forward for England. I just see him as an average English striker like Ashley Ward, Dean Ashton, Tony Cottee etc.
