Is biltong worth trying? I love roast beef and steak . Wondering what it’s like. Never tried beef jerky either. I imagine it’s similar

You'll like it, Lead-o.
Some are much dryer than others, and most decent places that sell it will offer lean or fatty (fatty biltong is best)
