Absolutely classic. A bog standard bit of chum in the water and all of a sudden we’re gonna need a bigger boat.
Oh I can have a laugh. Believe it or not including at myself.
But you are neither funny nor clever.
Just snide
Snide?

Fucking hell, do you even know what that means. I think you’ll find I’m very fucking explicit in my abuse.

Probably look at your Rashford post for a better example of someone being snide.

Just watched all the Man City players get off their bus, all wearing big head phones, walking straight pass all the kids with their pens held out for an autograph. What is wrong with these cunts? Just five minutes signing a few fucking autographs as you walk in ... how goddamn hard is that? Good optics too. Is it a safety thing? Are they told not to do it? Really ... looks total shit.

ps. Of course ... the kids might be selling the autograph on Ebay within 5 minutes.

Shame Pep and Erik didn't have a comb to fight over.

It's been a while since I've watched a game from start to finish but I did today even though i have no dog in the fight (nod to Si Jo) and the one thing that's stood out was Foden is one hell of a player .

Pep should use some of that spit and polish Erik's head.

It’s a bit surreal watching my team at the moment. Goals flying in left, right and centre. Arteta is working wonders. Hopefully this form continues although I’d happily take a one-nil win any day.

Since Opta started tracking data in 2004 ✍🏻 this is how the debate for the greatest defender in premier league looks like 🐐
Aerial dual success rate:
1. VVD - 75.5% ✅
2. Vidic - 73.5%
3. Terry - 68.8%
4. Kompany - 68.3%
5. Ferdinand - 63.9%
Ground duel success rate:
1. VVD - 73.5% ✅
2. Ferdinand - 70.8%
3. Vidic - 69.7%
4. Terry - 68.9%
5. Kompany - 61.8%
Passing accuracy:
1. VVD - 88.8% ✅
2. Terry - 88.6%

Virgil van Dijk is the greatest defender to ever play in premier league 🇳🇱

Statistics damn statistics can change if you're still playing as can the fortune of players and coaches. That's rather interesting considering Terry properly started his playing career in 2001 (whereas Opta started tracking in 2004) and then spent 20+ years at Chelsea whereas VVD has done 7 years at LFC.

He may well turn out to be an EPL goat but before you revel in anymore stat led player puffery lets see if he or LFC have a dip in form, gets injured or moves on. Or indeed VVD signs a new or extends his contract which is due to end next year. ;)
