Why would he be sacked for losing in the FA Cup? Don’t think
success in that competition registers on the radar at this stage for any club aspiring to win the Premier League or Manchester United for that matter.

For what it’s worth, they’ll fucking batter Wigan even with their fourth string side. Don’t think they’ll get rid of him for a while yet.

Young Charlie Hughes, a future England International popped up and scored the winner in the 20th minute of added time.
Ref went off injured hence the 20 minute stoppage, and an appeal went out to the crowd for a 4th official.....I volunteered.
