It's getting like the American wrestling now, isn't it? They spend more time, and expend more aggression, in "calling people out" than they do in the actual wrestling, thus making it more akin to theatre than sport. "... and I tell you, Cactus Jack! ... <stares into camera, points finger>"

It won't be long before we have a script-supervisor, planning a Soap Opera-like 'storyline', to give everyone a go under the spotlight.
Take one step forward Eddie Hearn! :-)

"He went down as if he had just been the recipient of a Tyson Fury upper cut (though that may not be the best analogy, as to get close to a fight with the world champion these days would have involved months of negotiation and at least four postponements)."

Crawford v Spence, CJ? Depends if I can wake up in time.

No I'm not paying the PPV, the fight costs $85 in the U.S.

We often complain about the cost of TV subs here, when I had "access" to some U.S media accounts folks paying $200 + a month for all their subs was common to see.

Should be a good one, ant, a proper best in the world fighting each other. Remember being at my friends stateside in 2012 and some PPV being near 100 bucks. Think it was a Mayweather.

Anyway, not for me an all-nighter now as since surgery been early to bed and early rising, so might be awake if it doesn't start till after 5am. And as not at home, no desktop for streams and there is no radio coverage here.

Might try the old round by round on boxing sites. Gareth A on TS this morning scared me by saying it might be the start of a trilogy, don't give Vegas any ideas. And something refreshing to see, no trash talking and mutual respect from both men.

Too close to call, but if pressed I'd stick my £2 on Crawford on points.

Perfectly understandable, might get posted on youtube for a few hours before taken down. Good to see no BS at the press conference or weigh in, read they'd sorted the fight terms out between themselves bacause their teams weren't getting it in on so I might make an extra effort to get up in time.

Crawford went easy on Spence and didn’t get out of second gear.

...and still beat him up bad. Certainly made him look quite ordinary, picked him off at will. Worth watching CJ.

Danny Kelly & Spencer - were doing a live talk through without actually commenatating on TS, sorta worked while I listened.
Rawlings was on comms for TNT by the time I got up for the later rounds.
Khan and Frampton on TNT for post fight.

Decent coverage considering there was no home dog in the fight.

Yeah, just woke up and seen all the details. Easy in the end: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/boxing/65838246

Rematch clause apparently activated. .
