Portmeirion is amazing.
No air b'n'bs but there is a hotel and some cottages to rent in the actual village

Better of staying in the area ( which is stunning) and visiting for a day..

They have a festival there every so often, some decent bands have played over the years.

Owned by a trust set up by the architects fam apparently..there is 1 hotel, which is superb, proper old school, there's a few cottages to rent, loads of arty crafty shops, plenty of eateries...can't do it justice here, but it's an amazing gaff
