Good old Boozil. Went for a jolly at the Oval. Was in the SPORTS BAR AND GRILL, WATERLOO until after 2pm with some great people. Got to the Oval, had a chat with KP, Goffy was pissed, had a meal, signed a bat and realised in the cab home he'd not seen a ball bowled. :drinkers:

I wouldn't say I'm a massive fan of the american beat writers. I do like william burroughs and tom wolfe. No so much Kerouac. But they had a style of writing known as 'a stream of consciousness'. I do believe Brazil and Parry have re-defined the genre. I'll tentatively label it as: A stream of complete fucking bullshit. I'm not saying I don't find it entertaining. But fucking hell ... lol.

I'm fan of your writing, Carc and I still recall the quote about being awoke by a Kansas train at 5am and turning over. I'd love a book from you.

I like Kerouc, I like Burroughs and loved Bonfire Of The Vanities - I read it last year.

Get that book penned, I'd love it as a Christmas gift or a PDF file.

Havent listened since the OC left, which dreadful comedian is doing it now?

Are Kelner, Mills, Moorhouse et al still doing the same old "jokes"? It really needs Stewart Hall back.
