The plus side is that he plays attacking football - we had games where we were winning in injury time, then conceded, and went for a winner and ended up conceding again and losing.
The minus is that he has a strange history. of winning runs followed by losing runs - with the latter outweighing the former.
I don’t think he’s a cunt though, and the players seemed to get on with him OK, although there are stories from his previous clubs, which you are probably aware of - no idea if they are true...
