Apologies for the down time - the hosting service disabled our database as it was causing service degradation for other hosting users - bastards could have issued a warning before closing it down. Still, another reason add to the list for never trusting the world of free enterprise capitalism.

It might be a slightly rocky ride for a little while as I check out what didn't get restored - I had to use a back-up from Saturday evening so some of the most recent posts might have been lost- sorry about that to anybody who may have lost any pearls of wisdom or other junk.

Last for now - we do not have a search facility as I had to drop the search tables as they were what was making the database so big. Apologies to Carlos and other searchophiles - we will find another way of making a search available.
