Ha !

Rupe, this is what my Gooner mate messaged me last night:

"when judgement day comes I'm gonna make sure I'm wearing my Arsenal shirt, just so God know's that I've already been through hell"

Wenger only has one more season at most... I pray a deal can be do to oust Stan Kroenke, useless cunts like Ivan Gazidis will melt away.. We'll come again. It won't take us 50+ before our next title.

It might.

You never know, Rupe.

True, but i'd like to think not... Getting the current manager out will be a great start. Finding a decent manager who's prepared to work under the Kroenke regime will be the difficult bit.

Jose will probably be looking for a new club by then

If he gets the job..... I'll be looking for a new club too...

Anyway, along with this bloke, I'm hoping that Wenger stays on for many years to come:

Had this discussion many times with mates in the pub.... If Mourinho got the job, id give back my ticket. Heard lots of season ticket holders say the same.

"I still have a job to do with Belgium, but let’s see what’s going to happen. It will be a dream for me, but I’m with Belgium. Interested? Yes, who wouldn’t be? But I can’t talk about that out of respect for the man that is in charge".

Not quite getting the hysteria and mass analysis of this result. What would winning yesterday actually have done? He's won three FA Cups in four years and still the fans protest, want him out, slag the club off, how would winning an inferior trophy have made such a difference to the outlook?

We keep hearing he is judged on the Premier and Champions Leagues. A League Cup defeat didn't matter years ago, why so much now?

Precisely, JW.

Anyway, apparently Brendan Rogers is the new favourite to replace Wenger.

Beware of what you wish for, Arsenal fans.

I'll give you a million to one - it won't be Brendan Rogers. :)
