Dealing With Anger?

Post by LordLaret »

Any tips or such with dealing with anger or vicious mood swings? I've been finding myself getting angry over the little things lately and I don't know if it is my OCD kicking in or just getting older or such. Any tips on how people deal with anger? I don't want to bottle it in and then have it make me snap or such.

Those are good? I don't know if it's just cause I'm getting older (36 but some will say that's not old) but I find myself getting angry over things as petty as schedules at work or organisation at my work and it's kind of depressing since I like the job I am doing.

Just tell people to fuck off; it's very cathartic.

I did an anger management course many years ago. I thought it was shite. Works for some, not for others.

I couldn't do that cause people could pull me through the window. I am a transport clerk and so trying to say that to drivers would not be best.
