I don't quite know when wearing glasses somehow became a fashion statement, to me it signifies someone with a serious genetic flaw regarding their eyesight. In terms of human evolution, if you couldn't fucking see what you were hunting or where you were going you didn't live too long. Why does society seem to celebrate disabilities? I'm all for equality, and certainly against discrimination, but why make minor disabilities 'fashionable' ?
