I don't understand this new thingy, or more to the point out it will work.

As I understand it, players who dive will get a two match ban retrospectively. Does this mean that those players who the ref spots diving will still get a yellow, but no ban, but if the ref misses it and it's caught on video they get a two match ban. Sounds a bit daft to me.
