But nobody is deceived.

Everyone knows talkSPORT is a joke - a tin-pot station run on a budget of 50p.

That’s the reason most people listen to it.

The talkSPORT commentary team, who have exclusive radio rights to Everton’s dead rubber against Atalanta in the Europa League on Thursday, can expect a frosty reception at Goodison Park.
There is still a good deal of angst there about talkSPORT pundit Joey Barton’s criticism of the club, including the claim that caretaker boss David Unsworth is too fat to be a manager.
The station had to apologise for an earlier erroneous allegation by Barton that chairman Bill Kenwright blocked the signing of a striker last summer.

I got the feeling the commentary team for Chelsea v Qarabag weren't at the ground for the game on BT the other night.
