Rocky (1976). Packs an emotional punch after all this time. A reminder that Sylvester Stallone could actually act. Great aupporting cast. And the fight choreography and musical score bear no equal.

Nomadland 9/10

McDormand has a style, and plays similar characters and you probably have to enjoy her films or be in the mood to enjoy this, but this was a brilliant film. Some really, really profound moments and very funny at times as well. ''Comedy'' writers should take a look at this in how to make subtle, nice jokes e.g less is more. Havering a fair bit here, but really, really good. I don't know if McDormand was any better than she was in Billboards, Fargo or so on, she is always very good IMO, but thoroughly deserves the praises its getting.

Best filum I have seen in a long time.

Might be a Highland Terrier, it could well be a mini Schnauzer without his beard?
