WHAT a game.

An utter mismatch between the SPL runaway leaders and the team who would be second. Dire defending by Rangers and they were five down within ten minutes of the second half starting. That they couldn’t add to it for the remainder of the match says as much about them as it does about Rangers for the first 53 minutes. Credit to the Rangers’s keeper who perversely kept the score to single figures and the defenders who frantically put their bodies on the line to spare themselves of the ignominy of a worst ever 7-1 defeat.

I actually enjoyed watching the second half far more than just about any EPL game this season with perhaps the exception of the goalless draw between da pule and Stoke yesterday. Good on Brentan for not going to Arsenal and winning a container full of silverware north of the border instead.
