I've not yet given up on it, some of the shows are good but a lot of the content seems driven by the bullshit you see on Twitter: Meghan, woke, people in boats and endless chats about how the Labour party is dead.
Typical Daily Mail clickbait stuff

And this is the channel which aims to be an alternative to the likes of the BBC, flippping' eck, I had to check that tomorrow wasn't 1st April, having said that I wonder why they didn't do that skit on April Fool's Day.
I wonder how many watching GBN would be able to name Churchill were they shown a picture of him.
But tacky isn't the right word, I don't think there IS a word which describes that accurately, so tacky will have to suffice.

Iām looking forward to the upcoming interviews with Lord Lucan, William Shakespeare and the big man himself Jesus H. Christ.
The GBNews booker is really earning their corn.

Just a shame she/he/it didn't do it on 1st April, then it might have been amusing, doing it any other time smacks either of desperation to do something different or just the action of a boozy night before.

I wonder if Neil is going to turn up on Murdoch's new channel?
I'd imagine that's nailed on Vespa.
He & Murdoch go back a long way.
Edit: Apparently Neil is going to Channel 4, accoprding to the Guardian.

Wasn't that Mussolini? And they were so grateful they shot him and hung him upside down from a lamp post.

He did dispatches on Channel 4 last night about Bojo and it was rather good. He's the only grown-up political reporter at the moment.
