Khan's tenure is destroying London, subsub. It’s a shame that you either can’t see it or choose not to. And before you laugh and post "you don't know what you're talking about", I actually do. I’ve lived in the capital for almost fifteen years. Fifteen years is a long time.

I can't see how he's destroyed it. Each to their own.

He may have a Labour government this time around. Although he's never given me the impression that he's for anything. At least with Boris he was big on cycling which is ironic given London Tory councils hatred of cycling. Khan strikes me of that competent middle manager guy.

It’s hardly surprising sadiq won with the demographics of London the way they are. With increasing white flight it’s unlikely there will be a Tory mayor again.

If he is so obviously that bad, how come Londoners have voted him in on three consecutive occasions?

Exactly, no idea what that's meant to mean.

It's just dawned on me that the Borough of Barnet voted in favour of Sadiq Khan.

That's how poorly Susan Hall has performed.

It's like any political voting in this country, people vote against and not for. Moreover, 60% of those eligible to vote, couldn't be arsed to cast one. Khan is being chosen, not because he's mayor of the century, but because the public think he's the best option amongst the shower of shite candidates. Would be interesting to see how many of the eligible voters chose Khan.
