Election Podcasts

Post by Vespa »

I like podcasts, they are more fun than the news and generally a good listen. Over the next few weeks, the political ones will be a good listen. Here are some I listen to.

1. Electoral Dysfunction. This is my favourite it has Beth Rigby, Jess Phillips and Ruth Davidson. It has some great analysis and lots of insider gossip. Give it a listen, it is good fun.
2. Oh God What Now. Hosted by Ian Dunt and others, with lots of swearing. Good fun as well.
3. Newsagents. Emily Maitlis, Jon Sopel and Lewis Goodall. Not as fun but good analysis.
4. The Rest Is Politics. Alastair Campbell and Rory Stewart. I'm not a fan of Campbell, but Rory Stewart is quite interesting and a nice bloke.

Add your own.

The only daily podcast I listen to is Matt Walsh, you may say he's a bit to the right, I wouldnt demur, but he's solid on abortion and trans rights

Weekly I listen to the Spiked podcast and the Weekly Sceptic

Always find something interesting to listen to on the Lotus Eaters, especially their 'Epoch' stories. Fascinating insight into the lives of Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci that delves into their psyche enjoyed this week
There's no poem, just prose.
