In fairness, some of the "demands" go beyond the matter of the gaza conflict and realistically the Labour Party can't commit to most of them. But a less fawning attitude towards Israel would be a start and wanting a serious and immediate commitment to a peace process in Palestinian land should be on the cards.

When I say 'Demands' , that's exactly what the group The Muslim Vote issued . They 'Demand' Labour acts on 18 issues to guarantee the votes of Muslims .

As for your other point of course I'd be concerned if a different type of group did this . But why would they ? Most voters , as groups , vote on a parties policies on whether they agree with them or not . They do not demand a party adopts their policies à la The Muslim Vote
