Onedrive - Possible sync problem

Post by Zambo »

I say possible because the files are all in Onedrive and accessible with a green tick against them. However, when I access these files on my pc or in Onedrive, I get a message flash up saying to sync I need to rename the file. All of the files appear with the word lock at the start and # at the end. They are all odt files. Have tried renaming but still the same.

Anyone know what's going on here.

Are they files you created? Also you can't have " * : < > ? / \ | in the file names.

Yeah, just one word followed by .odt

Getting no restrictions for viewing, changing or creating, just a box coming up saying you need to change the name

Same files look fine in Goggle Drive.

I stopped using OneDrive it was a bit flakey for me. If you can see the files it's okay I guess.

Yeah, cheers. Always got Google Drive as extra backup anyway if something goes wrong.
