Is this a fraud attempt?

Post by VeritasVincit »

I got an e-mail this morning from an Ebay seller giving delivery details. I did order this item but it was ordered and delivered in April 2022 !!
I can't see how this is a scam attempt, but I don't understand everything.
I've just changed my Ebay password just in case.
Any suggestions about what is going on.

A glitch, you have the item and it's not asking you to do or reveal anything. Ignore it.

Sounds like it could just be an admin cock up, but you were wise to take the precautions.

They hadn't asked for details, but following your admirable suggestion I'll send them everything. It's always good to get the advice of an expert.

Reg made it so so simple. He simply took control of all my accounts and assets, so I didn't have to sit there pissing whining crying and moaning like a fearful little BITCH

That's genuine, how could you not help them? Very callous.
