Not a fish eater, so mostly meat dishes, their lamb was favourite in Protaras.

Slow baked in a clay pot, with pasta and toms

Also spit roasted beef and pork

Pastitsio which is ground beef in several layers of pasta and a sauce on top.

All very tasty indeed.
