Apparently it all hinges on Ramsey.

Once his terms and conditions are agreed, things will move quickly.

Sokratis is a CB, so Ramsey won’t come into the equation… However, a deal is almost across the line for Lucus Torreira, which will mean the end of Jack Wilshere at Arsenal… Rumour has it Palace are interested. Tbh, I’d be sad to see Jack leave.

Nothing to do wth positions, it’s a financial thing.

Wilshere would be a bonus, but Ramsey is our main interest. Been keeping tabs on him for a while now.

Bernd Leno - Announced.
Lucas Torreira - Deal done, announcement in the next few days.
Sokratis Papastathopoulos - Deal done, announcement 1st July.

Sorry to see Jack Wilshere go, Arsenal through and through. He even accepted a new contract with a pay cut, but Unai Emery left him in no doubt that his chances of playing in the 1st team would be reduced.

I've just noticed that 'Unai Emery' sounds like the opening of 'Come on Eileen'.

Your lot should have moved for Jack Wilshere.

We kept being “linked” with him - at one point someone was claiming he was going to sign the same day.

No idea if any of it was true.

So many stories about clubs after various Palace players - same thing every season.

It’s amazing how many times players are linked with a couple of clubs and then suddenly move to a completely different team that no one has ever mentioned.

Some cynics might suggest that agents plant these stories.

Read that Wilfried Zaha has knocked back a £125k pw contract from Palace. You could do without losing him.
