Played the same trick at Citteh and Chelski and I slagged him off there as well !!

Not on here you didn't. He played for City from 2006-2009. You came here in 2011.

I don't ever recall you slagging him off while he was a Chelsea player. Or while he was playing for Bolton.

Was on 606 with Robert .
If you care to put in Sturridge on search you will see me referring to his absenteeism at both clubs a few times.
Good hunting :)

Why are you so obsessed with him, though?
If he's injury-prone, he's injury-prone. Some players are just like that eg Redknapp, Anderton etc

He has earned a fortune playing the injury card with his I'm not 100 % fit ergo can't play today.
Redknapp Anderton earned peanuts.
More fool the clubs that have signed him had one good season ,gave him a new contract and then the twinges start and ultimately they get rid.
Imagine if he gone to Inter ,the weather would be nicer but the story would have been the same.

Yes as no player is ever 100% injury free in their body but his mind is telling him can't play
However he gets his 150 k per week for thinking along these lines and sitting with his feet up
watching Jeff Stelling on a Saturday.
Good work if you can get it.,nearly 8million a year with no serious injuries and has hardly kicked a ball in anger.

Are you right in the head for falling for it :!:

Perhaps he's just injury prone.

Seeing as his game is built on pace, seems likely he's going to fuck up his hamstrings a lot, especially if they're quite weak which his certainly seem to be, and the more you pull it, the more you ruin that muscle, leading to more and more damage caused. That could be the logical reason.

But no, he's pulling a fast one. Fuck me, what a stupid notion.

So he's just feigning injury all the time, rather than choose to play a sport he's clearly very talented at?

Where others players will play with niggles ,he won't Carragher and Didi Hamann have alluded to that.Hamann was also with him at Citteh confirming he had the same attitude there

What you are left with is a player not fit for purpose and coining oodles of cash by contributing zip.

There are no serious injuries just niggles and strains and it's the player who is deciding he can't play.
Liverpool are stuck with this guy who won't change and anyone in their right mind would stipulate a pay when played deal.

Since Suarez left after 2013-4 he has played only 55 league games on his new bumper contract averaging just over 14 appearances a season many of those as substitute.

In that time he has been paid around 27 million pounds for his efforts or lack of them.

But, as a Man Utd supporter, you should be lauding him as a hero, ripping off Man City and Chelsea and Liverpool, your biggest rivals, like that.

Weird.

His head is feigning injury, strains taking weeks to recover, niggles putting him out of games.
How Liverpool have paid him top dollar for three and a half years is astonishing.
