We just managed to catch Caldwell in his last game in charge for Chesterfield, and he and they duly obliged with letting us have a 5-1 victory.

Think they won in mid-week, as did FGR, as did those vile inbreds from burslum. Bunching up a bit at the bottom. Cambridge started our run of bad results back in September, a carbon copy of the defeat you dished out to us at home last season, we huffed and puffed, but Derry had a game plan which was executed to the letter by the United players.

Derry has only one plan. To be negative, dull and strangle the life out of the game

It’s a real shame, when the shackles are off and with a manager who is prepared to attack we would be a top 5 side

Well there you fucking go, typical Alex, beat the league leaders with ease one match then the very next we roll over at home and have our bellys tickled by Accrington. I think we are in for a long period of league 2 or worse standard football. Away at Colchester on Saturday, a ground we have good record at, but we are pathetic on the road these days so I am expecting Colchester anything - Crewe 0

Remember Adebola grabbing 3 of your 5 at the Hawthorns; still better days than this tedious shit Pulis is making us watch.

I’ll still be here in 2 seasons, unless Derry gets the elbow

I remember that win, 5-1 to Alex, it's on you tube somewhere, the Baggies club commentator was amazed at how good we were seeing as we went into that match in the bottom three, a certain talksport pundit in midfield pulling the strings for the Alex that day, I loved our championship era. New Years Day 2005 we won 2-0 away at Leeds and moved into the play offs, we sold Dean Ashton the week after and then slid away never to come back.

Sounds bit daft but I much preferred fighting it out in the 90-s in the lower leagues than watching the sterile don't get relegated crap now, we used to have a great away support now hardly anybody can be bothered to go cause you know what a bore fest will be served up.

Albion always packed out our place in the 90's, there was even a pub near the ground called The Albion that was a regular pilgrimage for Baggies on away day in Crewe.

Are 1st match at home in the second tier for over 100 years was against Albion in August 97, we lost 3-2 thanks to a Lee Hughes hat trick, Hughes alsway netted against us, even when we beat Kidderminster 4-1 in the cup a few years earlier it was Hughes who got the one!
