According to the article I read over 30 lenders have refused his requests to borrow, so unless he find lenders who are willing to lend to a chap who is known not to pay his debts he's go8ing to have to contact the mafia, whether Italian or Russian.

The money is the bond. He won't get a delay.

His lawyers have applied for a delay as in tomorrow is the deadline for having the bond.

As for selling his property, he could raise MORE than $300m but the issue is the time it would take.
