Has described Islam as “an ideology of a retarded culture” and called Moroccans “scum”.
Sounds a real charmer.

It's often amazing how gullible the public are. They votes Hancock into 3rd place last year, because he ate the arsehole of an ostrich

Never seen it. If I wanted to watch people eat awful food I'd go to McDonalds.

The Dutch have had a right wing government for 10 years

Apparently going even further right will solve their issues.

Will be an interesting experiment along with Argentina

As long as it doesn’t turn into Hungary or Turkey where they make it impossible to get them out of power.

Wilders is unlikely to form a government
And he has admitted he would lose an EU referendum.

Trying to form a majority in the Dutch parliament will be a challenge for geert's party despite them being the largest party in it with this election.

Sinn fein won a majority in the dail a few years back and couldn't form a government with an overall majority as the two big parties there fianna fail and fine gael went into an unprecedented coalition together.

Same with Spain this year. The right wing PP won most seats but the runner up PSOE formed the government recently after forming a contentious alliance with separatist parties.

That's the advantage of a proportional representation form of democracy. No party can ride roughshod over all others.

Which party or parties in a coalition is that then?

Mark Rutte, the incumbent prime minister of the Netherlands, is leader of the VVD. It's an economically right wing party with a commitment to free market system, private enterprise and deregulation. It's restrictive on migration and emphasises cultural assimilation of migrants. Quite agreeable to the discerning gammon if not lovable.

Dutch football is in decline because of social problems in the country. Referees have been attacked at youth level, so indigenous dutch parents prefer their children to do cycling, hockey or ice skating.
