Was, covering today for Winter for some reason or another.
@CJ After they fecked everybody around with The PressBox on Monday they moved Samuel to Thurdays with Woozy for a bit. Never listened but over half way through the week I guess the weekend cud of gossip has been well and truely been masticated by then and isn't very clicky.

Old Hugh Woo can be a difficult person to get on with I'd imagine. Especially if you didn't agree with everything he says.antdad wrote: ↑Sun Oct 29, 2023 1:31 pm Was, covering today for Winter for some reason or another.

Re: Sunday Edition with Custis and Winter
Jesus TIT, I heard a bit of this today
Cuntstits remains unlistenable, with his curious mix of nervy drony little voice, half-chuckling yet sounding terrified but also for some reason spoiling for a scrap
"Henry" the Ross kemp of radio, self styled hard cunt posh bore attempting to educate the masses
And some absolute gimp in a box who fellated them both for their "stunning monologues"
Then some Bert arsehole plugging his book and claiming credit for where they are now

Winter's been binned by the Times and is going to have a lot of spare time in the next few weeks.

Why's that, then?
Good news, though. He moved from the D Tel to the Times for more money, and it was mildly amusing to hear him condemn footballers who transferred for exactly that reason.

Re: Sunday Edition with Custis and Winter
Dreary, feeble duo, totally unsuited to radio. Piss-weak chummy journo bants, complete cringefest.

Re: Sunday Edition with Custis and Winter
Never got the appeal of Henry Winter, tbh. Decent enough journo in his time but was never the best in his field as was often portrayed. Prone to some serious arse licking too. He was being paid a king's ransom and in this day and age probably represented little value.
