As a former editor of NME (did a lot of good work, doesn't like to talk about it) he can spot an entitled chancer when he sees one.

I love how DK comprehensively skewers people, but in a gentle way. He gives us, the audience, credit for a bit of common sense, to know what he's getting at without bashing us over the head with it.
