Carlos kindly included some context regarding President Biden, namely that he is a mental old cunt and not fit for purpose (not his crimes or fiddling, just his mental state).

As Carlos states, it's quite random as here on the forum, and globally, the mental capacity of President Biden has rarely been questioned.

This is a new new thing, and not many people have noticed and it's not widely known that Biden is a vegetable, so for Carlos the Mod to go out of his way and clarify this and to add some context to the Instatshite video is really rather decent of him.
