It isn't all spin and bluff, the government is doing worthwhile stuff as well.
Surprisingly for me one of the people who is quietly doing some pretty good stuff is Dominic Rabb, who despite having an awful media presence is pulling off some good foreign policy moves.
The UK a latecomer to the so-called Magnitsky Act which is named after a Russian lawyer who was killed in prison for uncovering a massive government fraud.

Abbott would have be Home Office, given the number of u turns over there I think it's a toss up if it would have been worst. Rabb is doing rather well I think, first the Hong Kong thing, now this.Turningleft wrote: ↑Mon Jul 06, 2020 5:13 pm Imagine the mess without the Tories and Diane abbott bashing away at the calculator. Congratulations for giving hope to the incompetents, liars and braggarts in society.
Even when Blair was around I would never have given him my vote for four years ahead.

Because the alternative is too horrific to consider. A lot of the Labour Party would not respect property and inheritance rights.Hillman avenger wrote: ↑Tue Jul 07, 2020 1:53 pmCongratulations for giving hope to the incompetents, liars and braggarts in society.

I I wouldn't give my vote to anyone in advance , but what I can say is that I would never vote Labour whilst I'm still breathing.

I was thinking of keeping a cache of plastic pop bottles to store water in, should the Lizards turn our water supply off.
I don't need electricity. The Mrs has bought tons of Yankee Candles , and all you need is a pack of cards and a good book.
