Port checks are annoying given the goverment put them off for years knowing they'd be a pain in the rear. If they had bitten the bullet early it would be much smoother now.

If not for the brexit withdrawal, there'd be no misunderstanding.
Instead brexit has created a bureaucratic carbuncle that impacts on many people.
